Evaluation Of Physical Activity, Sleep Quality And Time Management Skills Of Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation Students During The Covid-19 Pandemic Process

Introduction: In our study, it is aimed to evaluate the physical activities, sleep quality and time management skills of students studying in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation (PTR) Department, which a department with intensive theoretical practical course hours during COVID-19 process. Method: All PTR (n= 311, 75.56% female n= 265, 24.44% male 76) who met inclusion criteria International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was used determine activity level, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) quality, Time Management Inventory (TMI) skill. Results: During pandemic department, 72.48% had poor 27.43% were inactive only 22.82% sufficient activity. Female body mass indexes lower, levels, attitudes (managing well) negatively affected, they spent sitting found be higher than men (p<0.05).
